Claims Integration and Development
- Claims Cases, Create Claim in Insight will create the Claim record in Insight
Within the claim cases system, there is an option to”Create Claim in Insight” that, when used, will create a corresponding claim record in the Insight system. This means the claim information entered in the claim case system can be synchronized or transferred to Insight.When any Insight field is updated in the Claim case, the Claim record in Insight will be updated
- Claim Case Comments can be sent to Insight as Claim Notes
Comments or notes added within the claim case system can be sent to the Insight system and stored as claim notes. The integration in place transfers the comment data from the claim case system to Insight.
- Claim Attachments can be sent to Insight as Claim Documents
Attachments associated with a claim case can be sent to the Insight system and stored as claim documents.
