We are excited to announce the addition of a new feature and improvement to the existing system.
We have introduced a new field called Company Logo Link for users. Along with this, we have developed a screen flow named “Assign Logo to Company” using a new Visualforce component. This new feature will allow users to assign themselves to a particular branch or brand logo, depending on their company. Consequently, all emails sent to clients, brokers, and insurers will display the appropriate logo assigned to the user’s company.
Secondly, we have implemented a user-driven flow to assign FSG from the user’s profile. Additionally, we have created a new Email Alert called “Send Email to Users with FSG.” The system will now automatically update the hyperlink on all future correspondence whenever a user amends their FSG to the latest version. However, any previously sent communications will continue to display the same hyperlink.
We hope these new features and improvements will enhance the user experience and streamline the communication process with clients, brokers, and insurers.
